I bought this for my 2000 Silverado. For an aftermarket part the fit is 99.99% all the holes lined up and I didn't have to widen the holes or spend a lot of time trying to get this to fit. It bolted/clipped right on. The gray finish is almost a perfect match to oem. If you have used aftermarket parts before then u know some can be way off. For me spending 45 dollars and free prime shipping is a major value compared to paying $105 at the dealership.
