Header panel bolted right in place. Correct fit for all parts that bolt to it. My only concern is that it's rather flimsly and that the headlights would bounce up and down while driving. This has not happened. Headlights stay steady. Trailblazer hit a deer and auto body shop wanted $1800 to fix I bought all parts for less than 200. replaced all parts in my driveway in about an hour and a half.
