Fit my XE like a glove. Don't need all the extra hardware if your existing mounting brackets are not bent. Before you start the installation be sure to have an 18mm deep socket on hand. Simply snap out license plate light covers, twist off the cover to thread the light through the bumper, remove 4 nuts and bolts, slide off the old bumper, slide the new bumper in place, reattach the bolts and lights and you are done. It took me longer to go to the auto parts store to buy the deep socket than to change out the bumper. There is a bumper made specifically for the XE models with little difference from this one but it is not worth the extra $150 or so.
